Falkirk Council's Complaints Procedure

Falkirk Council Education establishments aim to provide high quality services to the community. Should you feel, however, that here in Dunipace Nursery Class we are not meeting the high standards you expect, it is important that you let us know.

  • In the first instance, you should speak directly to the Nursery staff or make an appointment to speak to a member of the school’s Management Team. Most often, the people closest to the situation can deal with problems quickly.
  • If you feel the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may wish to make a complaint in writing to the Council. A leaflet outlining the Complaints Procedure with a complaints form attached is displayed on the notice board in the Nursery entrance hall.
  • We work in partnership with The Care Commission who annually inspect our premises and work practices. The Care Commission can be contacted at:
